Wrose Parish Council Joins the Great British Spring Clean! 🌿
On Saturday 29 March, Wrose Parish Council joined forces with amazing local volunteers to take part in the Great British Spring Clean. The team tackled litter and fly-tipping at Wrose Quarry Wetland, a beautiful local spot in need of care as it had suffered from irresponsible littering and fly tipping..
Armed with grabbers, bags, and plenty of determination, the group collected around 17 bags of rubbish, along with larger fly tipped items such as an old mattress and lengths of plastic.
