More winter planting in Wrose
Wrose Parish Council has been busy adding to the plants in the barrier baskets near Low Ash School to keep them blooming through the winter months. Besides the existing wallflowers, these baskets now include bright primulas, cheerful winter pansies, and vibrant cyclamen, all helping to add colour to the area even as the weather turns colder. The seasonal plants were chosen for their ability to thrive through the winter and provide a welcoming scene for everyone passing by.
Councillor Gillian Thorne led the planting effort and was captured in action. While working she was delighted to receive a compliment from a local resident who said they appreciated the display.
