Winter planting in Wrose
Wrose Parish Council has commenced its winter planting programme with top-ups to complement the existing planting.
An Ilex crenata cone has been added to one of the planters on Wrose Road, outside Age UK, to give it some central structure along with some lovely Hellebores niger – also known as the Christmas rose – their beautiful white flowers brings a touch of winter brightness for everyone to enjoy.
Across the road the barrier baskets are still going strong with the chrysanthemums continuing to bloom vividly
